    👉 If you are taking medicines , please bring it with you when you come to this class.
    👉 Basic needs (Tooth paste, Tooth Brush, Soap, Oil, Etc..)

    👉 Kindly avoid mobile Phone inside the Class & meditation Hall.
    👉 Kindly do not bring valuables things to classes (jewellery, money, laptops, etc...)
    👉 Kindly Follow Decent dress code inside the campus ( Don't use shorts, sleeveless)
    👉 Kindly arrive at our campus 1 hour before the class starts
    👉 Outside Foods Not allowed inside the campus
    👉 Kindly provide your Emergency contact details to our administrator ( Relative, Friends,..)

    👉 You can stay in our campus overnight after the class with the permission of the campus Administrator
